A family in Guildford is seeking an experienced, reliable and caring daily nanny to provide maternity leave cover for their three children, aged 3, 7 and 10.

Position: Sole charge daily nanny

Dates: 4 January – 31 August 2027

Days: Tuesday to Friday

Hours: 8.00am – 6.00pm

Driving: Essential – a family car may be provided

Both parents work from home part-time, the nanny will be responsible for the day-to-day care of the children.

Duties will include:

* All childcare responsibilities, including organising age-appropriate activities and supporting the children’s daily routines.

* Preparing and cooking meals for the whole family.

* Light housekeeping and keeping the children’s areas tidy.

* Occasional babysitting, if required.

The family is looking for a warm, organised and proactive nanny who is confident caring for children of different ages and is happy to take a practical, hands-on approach to family life.

Previous nanny experience, excellent references and a full, clean driving licence are essential.

Full-Time Nanny – West Clandon

A lovely family in West Clandon are looking for an experienced, reliable and caring nanny to join their family on a full-time basis.

The family have two children, by December their ages will be 11 months and almost 3yrs years old. The role will involve a mixture of sole charge and shared care, as both parents work from home one day each week.

The toddler will attend nursery 2–3 days per week, with the nanny responsible for nursery drop-off and collection.

Duties will include:

* Sole charge of the baby and toddler

* Nursery drop-off and collection

* General childcare and age-appropriate activities

* Supporting the children’s routines, meals and development

* Cooking and preparing meals for the children

* Light housekeeping related to the children

* Children’s laundry and some adult laundry

* Keeping the children’s areas tidy

* Working alongside the parents when they are working from home

🌟PART-TIME NANNY | FARNHAM, SURREY

A lovely family based in Dockenfield, near Farnham, are looking for a warm, kind and genuinely caring nanny to join their family on a long-term basis.

They have three children aged 7 years, 5 years and 2 years, and are looking for someone who will become a trusted and valued part of family life.

Days & hours:

* Tuesday: 7.30am – 6.30pm

* Wednesday: 11.20am – 6.00pm

* Thursday: 1.00/1.30pm – 5.00/5.30pm

There will also be opportunities for additional hours during the school holidays, including some Wednesday mornings, and babysitting would be welcomed.

This is a sole-charge role, although Mum works from home on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. She is occasionally in the office, usually around once a month and sometimes twice.

The role

The family are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around children and who will provide a warm, nurturing and reassuring presence.

Duties will include:

* Sole-charge childcare

* School/nursery pick-ups and taking the older children to activities

* Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children

* Occasional grocery shopping

* Keeping the children’s bedrooms and playroom tidy

* Clearing up the kitchen after children’s meals

* Children’s laundry, including folding

* General childcare-related organisation and preparation

The housekeeping element is very light and entirely child-related. The priority is, of course, the children and ensuring they are happy, well cared for and enjoying their time with their nanny.

The ideal nanny

The right person will be kind, patient, warm and emotionally mature, with a genuinely caring approach to children.

The family are looking for someone who will take the time to understand each child’s personality and needs, build a lovely relationship with them and become someone they can truly trust.

A nanny who is calm and confident when managing the inevitable challenges that come with three young children, while remaining gentle, respectful and positive, would be ideal.

A clean driving licence is required. The family can provide a car for the nanny to use, or the role can suit someone with their own car.

🌟We are currently looking for an experienced and organised Nanny Housekeeper to join a family in Haslemere on a Tuesday and one other day, from approximately 11.30am/12.30pm until 7.30pm.

The family have six-month-old twin boys and a three-year-old daughter. The role will be a mixture of sole charge and shared care, with Dad working from home occasionally but will generally be based in his study.

The main focus will be caring for the twins while supporting Mum and helping to keep the household organised and running smoothly. The three-year-old is usually at nursery or spending time with family and friends during the day, although occasional support with her dinner or bedtime routine may be required.

Duties will include:

* Caring for six-month-old twins

* Supporting Mum with the children as required

* Occasional care of the three-year-old

* Children’s laundry, including washing and organising baby clothes

* Preparing simple, healthy meals for the children

* Meal preparation and keeping the kitchen organised

* Tidying and light housekeeping

* Making beds and keeping children’s areas organised

* General household organisation and light cleaning

* Helping with dinner and bedtime preparation when required

This is an ideal role for someone who genuinely enjoys combining childcare with light housekeeping and takes pride in keeping a busy family home organised.

A driver would be preferred but is not essential.
