We are seeking a highly organised, and self-sufficient Private PA to support a client with a one-off administrative project.
This is a standalone task requiring someone confident in setting up and managing a clear, logical filing system with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement a functional, well-labelled filing system (physical and/or digital)
• Organise and archive documents
• Ensure ease of access and long-term usability of filing system
• Draft occasional letters and documents to a high professional standard
Ideal Candidate:
• Demonstrably trustworthy, discreet, professional and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
• Exceptionally well-organised and proactive
• Strong command of written English, spelling, grammar, and tone must be of a high standard
• Able to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal input
• Previous experience supporting private clients or in high-level PA roles

As this role involves drafting professional correspondence and creating key organisational systems, we require applicants to submit a well-structured, clearly written CV that reflects both their previous experience in PA or administrative roles and their written communication skills. Attention to detail, accurate spelling and grammar, and a high standard of presentation are essential. Unfortunately, we are unable to put forward candidates whose CVs do not demonstrate these qualities.

A professional family based in Brockham is seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Sole Charge Nanny to care for their three young boys, aged 2, 5, and 7 years.
The role requires someone with excellent organisational skills, plenty of energy, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting active children with busy daily routines. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple schedules, creating a fun and structured environment, and ensuring the smooth running of the household during working hours.
Key Duties:
• Sole charge care for boys aged 2, 5, and 7 years
• Nursery and school drop-offs and pick-ups (primarily on foot, but a driver is required for flexibility)
• Managing daily schedules, ensuring the correct kit and equipment for each child’s activities
• Accompanying children to after-school clubs and activities, with occasional attendance required
• Supporting and supervising homework
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks, including batch cooking for busy days
• Planning and engaging the children in age-appropriate activities — sports (football, cricket, rugby, tennis), outdoor play, and creative games such as den building and mud kitchen play
• Child-related housekeeping: laundry (clothing, bedding, towels), tidying bedrooms and play areas, toy organisation
• Overseeing bath and bedtime routines at the end of each day
• Running occasional household errands while the children are in school or nursery
• Flexibility for occasional extended hours when parents are travelling for work
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven sole charge nanny experience with similar age groups

We are seeking a caring and reliable after-school nanny for a lovely family in Weybridge. This role is Tuesday to Friday, 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm, caring for a G5 years.
Duties include:
• School pick-up (either 3:15 or 4:30 depending on clubs)
• Taking to activities such as gymnastics
• Helping with homework and reading
• Preparing a varied and nutritious evening meal
• Ensuring the child is ready for the next day (e.g., snack preparation)
• Providing a nurturing and attentive after-school routine
Light household tasks (if possible):
• Changing the child’s bed when needed
• A quick hoover of the downstairs area at the end of the week
• Emptying the dishwasher/washing machine
• Preparing a family meal once a week
The family’s priority is excellent childcare, and they also have a cleaner to support with deep cleaning tasks.
