Mobile Crèche/Wedding Crèche

Our Mobile Crèche or Wedding Creche  can be set up in any venue and adapted for any event. Allowing children to be entertained also offering the flexibility that parents are able to visit their children at any time or for them to be a part of the event.


Our trained staff will transform a room or marquee into a fully equipped, safe and fun-filled child-friendly environment tailored to the age of the children booked in. For any evening celebrations, if needed, the toys and games can be cleared away and we are able to provide a selection of appropriate DVD’s and books with mats and blankets providing the opportunity for children to rest and sleep.

Alternatively, for guests staying at the venue they may prefer a personal babysitting service where one of our staff would babysit in their room. We would be happy to supply this service at a discounted price of £10 per babysitter

Event Nanny/Wedding Nanny 


A professional nanny can be hired for all or part of your event and will keep little ones entertained for as long as you require.


By hiring an event or wedding nanny, the children will not be excluded from the celebrations, they will be a part of the special day and wonderful memories. Parents will have peace of mind that their children are in good hands, but at the same time be able to relax and enjoy their special day.
We help make your wedding day or event as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. The bride or host may need help with the children in the morning, or guests might require this service. Wedding or Event Nannies may be required for the duration of the event — we provide a service tailored to your requirements.
If more than three nannies are needed, one of them will be allocated as ‘Head Nanny’. She will then communicate with the event planner to ensure the highest level of service.

Pricing information

On booking the crèche due to working strictly according to Ofsted regulation we would need to have an exact number of children wishing to attend the creche and their ages in order to give an accurate cost which would be based on the number of staff required for the minimum child/staff ratios for the duration of the crèche.


Crèche set-up fee: £350.00

Wedding Nanny: £50.00

Party staff £40.00 per staff member

Nanny/staff rate: £15 per hour per staff member

Emergency childcare placements

Daily placements are charged at £30.00 per day

Daily + evening placement £45.00

Evening + overnight placement £40.00

24-hour placement £50.00 per 24 hrs

Bookings made with less than 48hrs notice will be charged an admin fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment is required at the time of the initial booking. Once payment has been transferred a search for your requirements will be carried out. You will then receive a call from your nanny/babysitter to introduce herself and confirm your booking.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare until payment has been made.
We are unable to hold nannies, whilst we are able to provide a nanny/babysitter at the time of enquiry we are unable to guarantee availability with late notice bookings.

All our childcare specialists are self-employed and liable for their own tax and national insurance. The client is asked to reimburse the child carer for all expenses attributable including parking expenses upon presentation of receipts
